Post your scoring so I can do a quick Fantasy Points per games analysis on each.
Pick 2 for the duration in a 1 yr points league
Brown, Vrbata, Miettenen, Gionta, Recchi, Guerin, Penner, Jas. Williams, Hartnell, Armstrong,
I am not getting very good production off my right side and think I might have to take a flyer on someone.

oh right the guy with the magic tool - so cool
Roster Positions: C, C, LW, LW, RW, RW, D, D, D, D, Util, G, G, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN, IR, IR
Stat Modifiers: G (2), A (1.75), +/- (1), PIM (0.5), PPP (1), SHG (2), SHA (0.5), GWG (1.5), SOG (0.2),
I\'m guessing it should show Gionta and Brown if you use YTD stats.
actually maybe Williams will get a good read
Who are you considering to drop from your team?
I actually have a vacant spot I can fill - Marleau has the weekend games to show me the money
Yeah, on a per game played to date basis, I can can calculate the Fantasy Value per game (FPG) and show how that value ranks against all other skaters in the league (no goalies included here)
I used to do trending.. but I don\'t have time for daily stats this year.
Player - FPG - Rank
Williams - 3.35 - 38
Gionta - 2.76 - 86
Vrbata - 2.69 - 93
Brown - 2.57 - 104
Hartnell - 2.43 - 124
Guerin - 2.40 - 128
Miettinen - 2.29 - 139
Penner - 2.15 - 154
Recchi - 1.92 - 201
Armstrong - 1.69 - 253
Williams looks sweet as a top 40 player in your league. 20 games is enough to make this legit.
That is neat stuff. Thanks so much - how does the trending work? Do you simply get an up or down indicator and does it translate into a modification of the rankings?
I basically gathered daily stats and was doing the standard 7day, 14day, nday, numbers per player to see changes.. rather than look at the whole year.. the key is the daily stats, which just takes times.
My program doesn\'t take a util position into account... but I ran your team and you certainly have the most conflicts at C.
So moving Marleau does seem like the best option.
Kinda knew that guess the other factor that might come into play is that we have 100 max games per position - so it is a bit of a juggling act.
If you would be so kind could you run Pitkanen and Avery through that wonderful machine? I really see utility in looking at guys who have missed a chunk of the season. Those are two guys I am having a hard time getting a good read on.
Avery will be about 40th and Pitkanen about 225 I suppose
Would love to, but gotta catch a plane..
Hockey Stats or Take the kids to Disney.. hmmm..
That\'s cool kids first always.
Neat thing anyway - it does indicate the value you are getting out of your players for each game they play. Some harsh reality comes home. Vanek is my lowest producing forward after Marleau - hmmmm
i don\'t put that much work into my undergrad!!
but for some reason, i want to put it into my fantasy hockey :-P
