They will forever be neck and neck. Im from Nova Scotia and like Ovechkin more then Crosby....I assume its because everyone here talks like they know the guy personally and they all put Ovechkin down. I hear things about Crosby that are true though and the people who tell me actually know what they are saying considering they have known Crosby for along time,used to coach him, and see him every summer and even go to Pittsburgh to visit him. I still would take Ovechkin everyday of the week though.

I love all the gloaters singing Crosby's praises during a slump for Ovechkin. Classic.

While I don't have a preference between the 2 as I think they're both great players, I do think Crosby's game has evolved more as he's been in the league. Ovechkin looks as though his game is changing a bit this year as well as evidenced by his decreased shot totals and increased assist totals - but it will be fun to watch these guys for the next 10 years.
