    My Duncan Keith for Hedman, Callaghan and a 2nd round pick.

    Same as cats in sig. Cap League so it saves me a ton in salary and allows me to fill my bench with 3 more depth guys Halpern, Hanzal and Callaghan

    Salary cap league can be tough to value value sometimes. Do you not have roster limits, or are you rolling with a short bench due to cap restraints. At first glance though I think Keith holds more value to you.
