Stamkos Clowe Vs Kopitar Perry
I own Kopitar and Perry and got offered this deal, not really considering doing it, but wondering whats the boards opinion on Clowe?

Clowe has been one of my favorite draft picks this year. Got him cheap and late in an auction draft and frankly didn't expect more than 50 points and 100 PIM. He's exceeding my expectations so I love him.
He's no Perry though, but then again Kopitar is no Stamkos either.
i think both pairs will add up to 150 - 160 points and PIM should be close too.

No...too much of an overpayment in a one year....get rid of some RW depth but do it for an underachiever in a buy low...not a stamkos in a sell-high overpayment..try something like Bourque or Bourque Krejci something along these lines for a Spezza, M. Koivu etc.. as a cheap C upgrade rather than 2 85 point guys for a 100-110 and 55 point guy...much rather have Perry and Kopitar than Stamkos and Clowe
Yea I think Clowe is playing pretty good now but hes the one guy most susceptible of slowing down, hes not one of San Jose's core offensive players and not yet established, also gets 2nd pp time...I think he is pretty similar to Lucic, would be sick to have those two at LW.

he'd still be your #3 LW at absolute best...I would defintiely not do that deal in losing Kopitar and Perry as it's an overall downgrade for certain...Lucic is also on 1st line nad gets top PP minutes where as that will never happen for Clowe and he'll be lucky to even stick in the SJ top 6
Yeah, MT is right having two solid players is better than having one stud and one grinder. Keep Perry and Kopi.

Clowe is a beauty, but I'd hang on to Perry/Kopitar
To put this in perspective, I just trade Perry for Clowe and Chris Stewart. Your deal is OK, but I think the Perry side wins it.

Yea i agree with you all, other owner needs rw and i want to solidify my lw so talking about swapping bourque for clowe. Who do you guys prefer?
