Yes, I would. We don't need the Ws and as far as I'm concerned he can get some hockey in at the WC if he wants (and is ready).. and then the WCup... I don't see the point of coming back for the Habs this season.

As for Price's injury, I think he should test it extensively in PRACTICE. To my understanding, that has not even been done yet so I doubt he sees any game action this year.

Really happy for Condon, he was put into a very hard situation this year and has done nothing but work hard.

It's better for Price if he plays a game this season. If he has a setback, he can take care of it in the summer (ie- if he needs surgery). If he waits until September and has a setback, then surgery in September makes him miss time next year.

Of course he's having a down year. He's about 10 goals short from his usual totals (also achieved without a true #1 centerman)

Habs are offically out of the race. They have used pretty much every minor leaguer they could this year and then some. With a whopping 4 games remaining, they call up the big man from the AHL. Will he play let alone even dress?

I too did not believe he would be called up, but guess I was ''wrong'' as well.

Hope he scores as many beauties as he did in the All-Star game and then some!

Nobody cares about a 4th liner goon, who gets called up to pick a fight or two or sit in the pressbox...that's not hate on Scott, that's a pure viewpoint on a guy who has little to zero impact on game for a team that has nothing to play for
