A couple of other guys are fighting for a callup as well. Parrish and Daugavins have been great. But Filatov should probably have priority if he keeps producing.

My guess is he is called up for Saturday's game to face Columbus, his old team.
Never thought of that. That would be sexy.

    Game 6 - Flyers @ Sens

    Lineup

    Greening-Spezza-Zibanejad
    Michalek-Da Costa-Alfredsson
    Foligno-Regin-Neil
    Smith-Konopka-Condra

    Phillips-Lee
    Kuba-Karlsson
    Cowen-Rundblad

    Auld

    Notes

-Alex Auld gets the start tonight while Anderons backs up, partly due to Anderson's personal issue that kept him out of practice yesterday.

-Gonchar and Bulter out due to injury. Butler's groing injury considered longer term.

-Ottawa has outscored Philly 29-13 while posting a 7-0 record in the last 7 games at hmoe against the Flyers.

-Rundblad or Zibanejad gets their first NHL goal tonight.

Erik Karlsson has 8 points in 6 games.

The teams Ottawa have lost to have a combined record of 20-1-2 this season.

    That's all.

Hey Ev, do you think Rundblad sticks all year, or gets sent down? Maybe sent down after 9 games, late season call up? Or has he been playing well enough to stay all year? Haven't seen any games he's played in.

He has looked fine, but I don't know what their plan is for him. To me he doesn't need AHL time since he has looked better each game. I don't think AHL is needed for him.

    Game 7 - Jets @ Sens

If the Sens don't win tonight, I'll drink a glass of urine.

    Lineup based on AM practice:

    Foligno-Regin-Alfredsson
    Greening-Spezza-Michalek
    Winchester -Da Costa-Condra
    Smith-Zibanejad-Neil

    Phillips - Rundblad
    Kuba - Karlsson
    Cowen - Gonchar

    Anderson

    Notes:
-Winchester makes his season debut. Much needed return.

    -
Gonchar back in the lineup. While poeple hate him, he is needed for the PP.

-Butler still out with groin injury. Konopka and Brian Lee are the healthy scratches.

    Yours? Animal?

Regardless, I'm rooting for the Jets -- that'll be one hilarious video!

OK, Evan, you've done it this time, do you know how much money will change hands to ensure that there is a human witness with you as you watch your beloved Sens tonight?

Well I already used that drinking urine line last year (can't remember for what), and I lost. I did not drink urine, however.

The urine is being put in the fridge for now. Sens win 4-1!

-Spezza and Michalek with 3 point nights.

-Colin Greening continues to play well. He was put with Spezza and Michalek and had two primary assists. He can be a pretty effective power forward with some scoring touch. He just understands the game so well and has size and speed to burn. As I said before, MacLean loves him and thinks of him as a Holmstrom type player. He is getting prime PP time - 3:39 tonight. He is becoming one of my favourite players. Not a fan of the age rule (he's 25), but he could be in the running for Calder if (and only if) he continues to get quality minutes. 17 minutes played tonight.

-Craig Anderson was excellent stopping 35 of 36 shots. Hopefully builds up his confidence. When on, and when supported decently, he can be a great goalie in this league. Just needs to be consistent.

-I thought Zibanejad played well. Finally putting him back at centre where he belongs. He's more comfortable there, and it shows.

-Peter Regin only played 1:30 due to a shoulder injury. Yes, the same shoulder he had operated on last year, and the same one he hurt in the pre-season. Does not look good.

    Hey Big EV:

I have a poll posted in the forwards section but wanted to ask your opinion.

I have a chance to p/u Craig Smith but I would need to drop a guy and I have no farm.

My choices are Horcoff or Filatov. My guess is everyone telling me to drop Filly but from what I have read he has played well in Binghamton with 3 G's and 1 A in 3 games. Also I heard he was robbed of a goal that he touched (as per Nikita).

What would you do? Will he be recalled to play CLB tomorrow? Do you think Zinebejad will go back to the SEL soon and that will open up a spot for him? Or should I just wake-up and let him go.

    Thanks in advance.

Keeper right? Even if Filatov never does anything, what is Horcoff gonna do instead? You know what you have with him. I would probably drop him.

Filatov most likely will not be called up yet.

We'll find out after Tuesday's game if Zibanejad returns to Sweden.

Filatov might get a call-up soon if Regin's injury is deemed to be serious, or if they demote Da Costa.

If it's a keeper I don't know why you would let him go. Patience patience.
