Sucks hossa isn't getting first pp unit but hows he looking out there so far? 1assist but an insane amount of sog??

Hossa has been electric, he's flying around out there, looks real good and healthy. His points will come....only 2 games in.

Upside yes. High end upside ? No.

Complimentary sums it up nicely.

Can play both sides of the wing comfortably which is good for him.

He needs to get send to JR's by 9 game mark to help his growth. It will not bold well for him if Hawks for some crazy reason keep him around with the big club and either give him limited PT time and healthy scratch him. I expect he will be shipped to Saginaw soon ( when Stalberg returns ) or sooner.

This experience he has gotten from training camp and now in some NHL games will obviously bold well for his future and his confidence level is high right now. That confidence needs to continue in Saginaw.

Long term it will take some time for Saad to arrive permanently in Chicago as the Hawks are pretty deep. Right now its hard to predict point projections at this time. He will be a 3rd line winger, potentially a 2nd line winger at high end. I like this kid quite a bit. He may not be the most talented prospect around but he definitely has that moxy, determination, refuse to lose, bulldog mentality and guys like him find ways to succeed.

Saw the game on Saturday. Frolik has " moments" and then moments he gets lost, still finding his grove.
