Thoughts on Weber?

Is Weber a buy low candidate right now? Or is this slow start something to be cautious of?

I'd say he's a buy low candidate.

The reason I think he's not performing like Shea Weber can, is because his mother passed away just
before the summer. So I bet his mind is a little screwed up over that.

He will bounce back, but I don't think we will see a solid season this year in terms of
points.

Wow I didn't know that. That's always tough and I don't see how it would affect me any differently than him. I'd be in a weird place, so perhaps he is. He's an all-star. He'll be back in no time. NSH is also not quite playing up to par, but they are a really good second half team and always find ways under Trotz (whom I hate for the whole Radulov thing...but whatever) as he always finds a way to get his team to perform well enough. I preach patience. It will be your reward.

I have to edit myself; it was actually August that it happened....

Definitely be patient with Nashville... They also missed Suter for a handful of games, and he's a much needed presence on the blue line. I believe Nashville has a better team as we have had in the past, so definitely buy lows. The goalie tandem seems more solid as previous years also.

somehow we will make our way back in the playoffs I imagine.

As for the Weber projections, as I said before, perhaps a bit lower than normally expected.

He'll be fine tho. One of the best all round defensemen in the game

Suter might still be injured, not exactly sure of his status, and that really hurts Weber's value. I own him and love him because my league counts blocks and hits but if it didn't, I'd be disappointed as well. I also expect him to turn it around once Suter is healthy and the team improves so keep him in mind as a buy low candidate.
