torture had a good point, you could ofer him jagr for vanek and an upgrade in a draft pick if he is trying to win for this year. Prospal might work but he is winding down a bit, whole Tampa thing is ready to explode and i agree sykora would no be a fair trade given their ages

Trade Prospal...hes an up and down player (ie. one year 75 points next year 51, and so on and so forth) and quite inconsistent and could be considered old...oh and worthless without lecavalier and stlouis....yeah...but on paper he looks twice as good as vanek so far this year...so go for it.
