At this point I'd say Mason given that he will get most of the starts for Columbus. However, if Nitty ends up winning the time share battle in San Jose, I think he will have better stats since the Sharks are a much better team than Columbus. At this point it's mostly a toss up, but Mason is the less risky option with a lower potential payoff and Nitty is the more risky option with a higher potential payoff. It's too early to tell how either of them will end up, especially given how Mason played last year (and practically split with Garon for the second half of the season).
