If you had one pick in this years entry draft who would you choose to build your FANTASY TEAM around?? Just forwards, POINTS ONLY, GOALS AND ASSISTS... Who will have the most scoring upside above every other player in this draft. Please help me out... Dobber help please... Z..

T.G.
i\'ve seen voracek play several times and it\'s hard to imagine him not having a stellar n.h.l. career with high #\'s.turris looks good as well.
Roto type keeper league.We keep any 6 ;15 teams , 3 div. of 5.We play 3 lines , 3 def. and start 2 goalies.6 BN.Stats are 1pt. for goals and assists , 2pts. for W , tie(O.T. or S.O. loss) 1pt. S.O. 1pt.Weekly line-up from Mon. to Sun. Total pts. per line against other teams lines.
LW - Ovechkin , Drouin ,Steen , Huberdeau
RW - Nash , Callahan , Nyquist
C - B. Schenn , Fisher , R.N.H. , St. Louis , T. Johnson
Def.- E. Johnson , Gologoski , Suter , Doughty , O.E.L.
G - Scheinder , Dubnyk , Lack
If Turris can bring those skills to the next level, then I think he will be the best complete player. Voracek, Cherapanov, or Kane, one of those three would be my pick for the best fantasy player.
I guess there really isn\'t a clear cut winner but one of them should be able to bust onto the scene and be a fantasic NHL player a few years down the road. I am just wondering who that young man will be. I don\'t know much about KANE, but I have heard wonders about him. Does anybody have any numbers on Kane, Cherapanov, Turris, or Voracek???

Zorro - those are my four, man. I\'m still leaning towards Cherapanov, but he could wind up being another Zherdev (I say this, not knowing if Zherdev will break out next year). I like all four of those guys though, and I\'ll be bouncing back and forth all summer right up to the draft.
The Best Fantasy Hockey Site
15-Team Keeper, points only, best 12 fwd, 4 dman, 2 G count. Playoffs count.
F - T. Thompson, Thomas, Nylander, Tarasenko, Arvidsson, Guentzel, Fiala, Quinn, Mittelstadt, Hagel, Zacha, Roslovic, Berggren, Brink, Ostlund
G - Kahkonen, Vejmelka, L. Thompson, Levi, Comrie
D - Hronek, Morrissey, Lundkvist, Girard, Brannstrom, Rathbone, Hanifin, Severson, Durzi
in terms of pure offensive production upside, I might lean towards Pat Kane.
If I\'m building, that means I need a kid who can step in now and be very good. The obvious choice there is Voracek, because he\'s pro-ready in every aspect.
However, if you already had some prospect depth, it\'s a toss-up between Kane, Turris and Van Riemsdyk.
Why not Cherepanov? I feel he\'s an extremely safe player. But he\'s not going to have a really high upside. He could score 20 goals next year, but are you prepared to only see him get 15 more than at his peak when you could have a kid like Turris like 100+?
so bugg you are saying Turris is the safe pick.?.? Dobber is saying Cherpanov but he could be like ZHERDEV.. I am soo confused about who to take: Turris, Kane, Cherpanov, or Voracek.
Somebody help me in drafting a STAR..

I feel Turris has the makeup of a star. But he needs to put on close to 30 pounds of muscle and another inch or two before he\'s anywhere near ready. You\'ll be waiting at least two years, probably four. But I think he\'ll get there.
