I didn\'t think that Calgary would pull the upset over Detroit, but I thought that they would at least try. I know I\'ve highlighted how terrible they are on the road, but to allow 90+ shots over two games is absolutely terrible.

Kiprusoff has been absolutely amazing, but can you really win a game where you\'re taking 40+ shots against and only putting an average 16ish shots on your opponent\'s net? I think not.

Calgary needs to change something real quick, because it doesn\'t even seem like they want to be in the playoffs... If nothing changes fast, I can see Playfair getting fired in the offseason.

Never get down on a team who lost both their road games to start the series. It means nothing! Now if a team loses both their home games, i.e. Atlanta...then you can get down on them!

I predicted Detroit in five, but still...the rule applies. The Flames lost on the road both games - that\'s what supposed to happen in the statistical world!

It wasn\'t so much that i was getting frustrated that they lost their two away games... It\'s the manner in which they lost them. These two games weren\'t even close. It wasn\'t even competitive...

It just didn\'t even seem like they were trying... there wasn\'t any attempt to swing the momentum in their favor in either game, and they didn\'t even get 20 shots on goal in either game.

I am even more so disappointed in Minny right now. Looks like their not even skating. Absolutely pitiful performance on home ice tonight, not to mention the series. I dont understand how they intend to dump the puck in and bang the Anaheim defense, it hasnt worked all series, why not try something else. They apparently have this amazing speed yet I dont see anyone skating. If your gonna dump the puck in be there first, dont be afraid to get hit. So many botched passes because theres an Anaheim player on their ass. Needless to say I took Minny players instead of Ducks and its biting me in the ass right now.

Yeah..I\'m really surprised at Minny as well are they that bad or are they gettin outplayed? Minny was down 3-0 to the Nucks a few yrs back and then went 4 straight, but...hmy:

I would probably shit my pants in excitement if Minny came back from being down 3-0, especially after the way they have been playing. Not to mention this is the Ducks were talking about here. The best I can hope for is 6 i think.

I think the Minnesota and Atlanta series are essentially over. Calgary is still up in the air, they were a truly awful road team during the regular season and have lived up to the billing so far in the playoffs. Until they lose a game at home though, it\'s still anybody\'s ballgame.

Wow. The first period of the Flames Wings game 3 just ended.

I\'ve gotta say... watching this game, and watching the other 2 games is like watching two COMPLETELY DIFFERENT teams play. My god... Calgary\'s playing with emotion, they\'re playing with intensity, they\'re playing in Detroit\'s zone!

They have twice as many shots on goal right now than Detroit does. They have only 6 less shots than their series average with 40 minutes left to play.

I\'m just shocked that this sort of turn around can happen because of something as simple as a building change... If not for Hasek, Lidstrom, and Chelios, this game could be 2 even 3-0 calgary right now...

Thank god that this is an entertaining game... if Calgary hadn\'t started playing with some emotion I\'d be pretty ticked. I love great hockey, and until this 3rd game, Calgary had not been playing great (or even good) hockey.

Actually ORRFAN, you know I love the name, but the Wild were down 3-1 to the canucks and then won 3 straight not 4 straight. The Wild played well because they were at home. I don\'t know who Boooogard thinks he is, but he isn\'t going to win the series by running around... Unless he takes out Pronger and Nieds...
