I will have a look at the delinquent owner(s) and find out why they didn't put forward a roster. I am reluctant to manage any team in this league other than mine. Maybe there is a very good reason for not posting the roster (family emergency, etc). I will put forth a provisional roster on their behalf until I find out what the deal is.

EDIT: I forgot to add, great question Radman - I will have to add this to the rules, but the premise of this league is NO BABYSITTING, so unless I hear a reasonable explanation, the guys not posting/emailing playoff rosters may not care enough.
