    The Los Angeles Kings have recalled goaltender Jonathan Bernier from the Manchester Monarchs (American Hockey League) under emergency conditions, Kings President/General Manager Dean Lombardi announced today. Bernier will join the Kings in Dallas today where they take on the Stars tomorrow at 5:30 p.m. (PT).

    Hammond's latest post says that it sounds like good odds that Bernier gets the start tomorrow.

    also Justin Williams is ready to play.

    I'm hoping he gets the start. The kid is doing great in the AHL, give him a shot! Sure it's at the expense of Ersberg sleeping on the bench again....but too bad!

    PS - I am a bit biased. Have had Bernier on my team for a few years now, patiently waiting for his arrival :P

    I dont understand why they wouldnt... numbers like .937 save% and.208 gaa in the ahl this year I mean he is earning it. Plus i mean ersberg isnt even going to be resigned so why not give bernier his lil time to shine or try out some could say to see how ready he is
