Conklin.. What am I missing?

Why won't any team give this guy a shot at the number 1 spot? The last 2 years this guy has been money filling in for long periods of time. Am I missing something?

He's not much more than a plug. Teams don't want to use him unless they absolutely have to. If he's not on a hot streak he will LOSE teams games. IMO goaltending is not the blues problems

looking at his past three season on three different teams:

75 games started:

48 wins 21 loss 8 overtime loss which means he wins 64% of his games

gaa 2.34
sv% 9.23
10 shutouts

Not that many goalies can say that about there last 75 games.


Let's look at luongo's last 76 games last 2 seasons:

45 wins 23 loss 7 overtime loss which means he wins 59% of his games

gaa 2.39
sv% 9.17
11 Shutouts


Conklin comes at a much cheaper price yes I know being a full time starter is harder but you cant ignore Conklin number over the last three seasons maybe he should be a starter for someone. The best thing is he played on three different teams with three different defence.
