Further to this. On future waiver claims, please give me a reasonable amount of time to reply, but make sure you receive an email back from me saying that I have received your waiver request. I don't want a repeat of this to happen. I won't complain if I receive several email from you, I would rather hit delete on the repeats than have the waiver claim request go awry.
