Did you read the front page story about Carlson? If not, you may want to check it out. He plays for Washington and looks to be a pretty solid D prospect.
If not him, I'd probably go with Ellis, despite the Predators depth at defense. I just think he has the highest potential ceiling on future production. And with D I would rather go boom or bust if I'm using keeper slots to protect them.

Kulikov would be my 2nd choice of the four

Very tough to predict what 18 yr-old d-men will turn out to be, so you have to go with the most potential - and that's Ellis. Of course, Ellis could end up never making the NHL and Kulikov or OEL could end up being 60 pt players.
Either way, you'll have to wait at least 3 or 4 yrs for any of them.
