Spezza and Heatley split up?

TSN is reporting that Brian Murray might split up Spezza and Heatley, noting that they are getting checked tighter and they\'re work ethic hasnt been up to par.

One thing that i noticed, when Spezza was injured and when he came back and they weren\'t together. Both speemed to skate and work a lot harder and as we all know Heatley carried the team in Spezza\'s absence. Maybe it would be for the better and just have them on the PP. what you guys think?

Now is the time to test things like this. OTT isn\'t going to catch BUF so they might as well try and switch things around a bit. Also it seems like when they\'ve been apart for a while they get energized when Murray puts them back together. I remember a game early in the year (I think it was against TOR) when they hadn\'t been playing together and Murray put them alongside Alfie and they were taking it to the buds and scored. That\'s the type of effect you expect from these marquee players.
