Prospect Draft advice, asap!

Need some quck advice here please.....

I have the 20th and final pick in my 10-team roto keeper\'s rookie draft and the Commish wants the pick taken tonight so the draft is wrapped up. I have a chance to take a really, really good sleeper guy here, need your advice. Then I can also take two of the leftover guys off the waiver wire immediately, at the rate of 2 per day. So I need the top 3 sleeper guys leftover that I can snag here. (I have gotten Duchene and Ellis so far at 3 and 8).

Here\'s how the first 19 picks went in our draft, not all in order: Tavares, Hedman, Duchene, Kane, MPS, Glennie, Schenn, Ellis, OEL, Kulikov, Shroeder, Kadri, Kassian, Kreider, DeHaan, Tatar, Moore, Rundblad, Roy.

I have a deep team and would like to get the highest upside guys, not looking for slow-and-steady guys. Names that come to mind are Ferraro, Holland, Josefson, Morin, Ashton, LeBlanc, Stefan Elliott, Cody Eakin. If you can, top 3 guys for me to take, and also guys you think of that I\'ve missed here.

Ferraro is a must(weird tatar taken before him)...LeBlanc and Caron will be the other top 2 in my opinion......Robin Lehner can be a bigggg sleeper here...his upside maybe crazy.....Rajala may also consider....

I\'d go Ferraro. With Ferraro, you\'ll probably be waiting the longest for a turn around, but you its been said he\'s better than his day (Ray) and that\'s pretty good. Plus, he should be playing for the Wings. With playmakers like Datsyuk, Zetterberg, and Filppula on the team for the long term, chances are Ferraro will play with talented guys.

Fe3rraro is a nice grab if you are ready to wait 5 years or so. I like Josefson, Morin and Leblanc from that list as well.

I think given the depth of your keepers and the quality of your existing prospects that a guy like Ferraro might be an alright pick here.

Well this late you are looking for a boom or bust prospect. I think these are the only prospects left that have a chance at breaking 70 points (I\'m talking absolute best situation, chances are only 1 of these guys ever hits 70 if ever but what can you expect from a 20th pick?)

Panik- this is the guy you are looking for I think. He has boom or bust written all over him. He has the highest upside of the 4 and if everything goes right he could take a run at 80.. probably more 35-40-75 though

Ferraro- Will be a long wait but you got to think the Wings will get the best out of Ferraro. 35-35-70

Leblanc- Probably the closest and safest bet out of the 4 I am mentioning. He just needs to work on his shot and he could be great. 30-40-70

Morin- one of the best finishers in the draft. I would say he
has the upside of 30-40-70, high PIM

I would rank them like this:
1. Leblanc
2. Panik
3. Ferraro
4. Morin

My choices would be:

Players: Ferraro will probably be the best bet for stats from whos left.

Goalies - I like Bobkov, probably wouldn\'t be playing backup until 11/12 though. :dry:

Last night I did the following:

Picked Ferraro as the #20 draft pick.

Chose my 3 post-draft WW pickups:
1. Leblanc
2. Morin
3. Elliott (hoping Dobber\'s \"The Next Mike Green\" prediction comes true! LOL)

Now to sit back for a few years and see how they pan out!
