Yeah, that sucks. In my league we have separate drafts for NHL rosters and farm teams. You can call guys up from the farm, but you can\'t send them down (once they\'re up, they\'re up). I drafted Letang to my NHL roster, so I\'m stuck with him on the bench now and using up a year of his service to my team (we can protect players for 4 years). Hopefully he\'ll be back up soon... most teams end up using at least 8 d-men over the course of a season.

He just did not do well in the pre-season. Couldn\'t create, couldn\'t defend, and his confidence just dived. Give him a few games to get it back, and he could very easily recover in time to play the majority of the season in the NHL.

I also drafted Letang... the kid has such talent, and heart, i think he thought he was a slam dunk to make the team... a little reality check is always good for a young kid...
He will be back up this year, and when the start to shop Gonchar next season hes the one that will step right in!
