You can find an 80\'s show, or 80\'s station anywhere on the dial - and 80\'s was the worst decade for music. How about a little love for the 90\'s!!
Favorite bands:
Pearl Jam
Tragically Hip
Collective Soul
Green Day
It\'s funny how classic rock stations stop in the 80\'s. Yet...in 1995 they still stopped in the 80\'s. It\'s as if 10 years have gone by, but they haven\'t moved the upper limit of the timeline for their playlist. What\'s up with that? 1995 is classic rock now, so let\'s hear some Pumpkins or Beck.

Fred Durst was sick for a little while. You can\'t argue that. He might have had one of the biggest debacles of any of the bands of the 90s, but he still had a sick little gig he put together.
edit: Nice call on Rage goavsgo! Completely forgot about de la Rocha.

Kudos on those who mentionned the Pumpkins. They\'re my all-time favorite band, even though their last 3 albums are nothing like the first 3.
Gish, Siamese Dream & Mellon Collie are just plain awesome.

So much good stuff in that decade...and really it\'s never recovered. There are still some solid bands out there and there are some that have hung on for probably too long (altho who\'s to say how long they should hang around) but it just isn\'t the same. Remember when MTV was all about rock? Now you\'re lucky to see a pop-punk band on there let alone a rock band...if there is such a thing anymore.
Viva la 90\'s!
