I am in a 28 Team dynasty league. What should I be getting in return if I decide to trade Silovs?

10-20 F prospect maybe...
i think atm he will be one of those players that you want arm and a leg for him if you own him and you wont give up much if you want to acquire him. He does not have enough of track record or draft pedigree to land anything elite. He also may not play a single game next year or he could be full time backup. very hard to predict.

I would trade very little for him. But I’m a pragmatist. Finding some Canuck’s fan who is all chubby about it might be easy.

I agree. Silovs is not usurping (always wanted to use this in a sentence, lol!) Demko. Most fantasy owners will realize this. At best, he's a backup in Vancouver. That said, in a 28 team dynasty league, he's not without value. You could play up the possibility of Vancouver trading him in the off-season as Silovs is RFA once their season is done. Not sure what someone is willing to pay, but I suspect Silovs value won't be higher than right now.Originally Posted by tweetdrivr

Strike while the iron is hot and maximize your trade currency. I'm sure there's a sucker who's willing to overpay for him based on his recent play.
I'd be looking at your roster deficiencies and use him to improve that.

Silovs is a blue chip sell high candidate right now. I'm not sure what you might get for him, I would suggest however that if your league is trading now, that you work a trade as hard as you can. Honestly, I think Silovs' value is higher now than it will be for, well, a long long time.
