I think he's clearly bumped for Guentzel right now. His TOI is down to 16:44 since Guentzel was acquired (Jakes at 17:43). He's also on a line with Staal who is used in a pure defensive role, and it'll only lean heavier that way the closer the playoffs get.
Svech is still coming back from his knee injury, so I don't think you cut bait on him forever, but this yr (final 8ish games) he's likely not going to be put in favourable situations for fantasy purposes.
