^I have liked everything I've read/seen/watched on Gabe Perreault too. I drafted him in my main league last summer. I absolutely love investing in players that are propped up to have "high hockey IQ" but... tools-wise... seem kind of blah.
Joe Pavelski is my absolute favourite for this. I backed Robert Thomas and Morgan Frost for this same look too. Hopefully Gabe Perreault pans out in similar vein (probably much closer to Frost, though... wingers often can do more offensively).
Super hard to "see" hockey IQ... unless you really invested in the game, with on-ice time, I think. So I pride myself on finding these guys. Hopefully Perreault proves it/shows it tonight... and then hopefully Saturday.
That said - I'm a "Go Blue" kid/guy... so, bit torn. The football championship will tide me over for 25 years though!

I agree. Just wonder if Denver's defensive game grinds BC's offensive game down to a halt and they squeeze out another 2-1 game.
