I’d definitely keep them in the order you have there. Push hard for Smith.
A manager in my league has made ‘all’ of his prospects available for trade. Obviously the return would vary depending on the player, but is my assessment pretty accurate on this group? Or would you change the ranking?
Points only Dynasty league.
W. Smith - Seems to be the clear #1 of this group
M. Bourque - Leads AHL in points and hasn’t slowed down without Stankoven
O. Moore - Having an ok season in college, but a little underwhelming
I. Howard - I’ve gotten a little less excited about him each year
I’d definitely keep them in the order you have there. Push hard for Smith.

Its hard for me to gage between bourque and Moore because the eye test and the results show that Borque is probably a very different player than I've been giving him credit for. When you manhandled the AHL like that- you're probably legit- on the other hand there's the stankoven effect to consider and what a brutal team for cracking the tip six.
On the other hand I had Benson, Moore and Cristall waaaaay ahead of their draft spots based on the sources I was following and Benson is already showing to be an immense find so I'm fairly high in the other two still as well. Factor in that he has a shot at lining up.qith Bedard and I think you have to have him second. Hes a hell of a talent on his own too. I sort of think he's going to be what people initially had Reichel penciled in for- aka Draisaitl-lite to Bedard McDavid.
After that Smith a clear number one and Howard a clear four for me
Weekly changes- protect 6-12 each year determined randomly- and the rest stay on board so.its like a pseudo dynasty. 2c, 3w, 1ff, 4d, 2g

In many leagues, unless your prospect is pretty much blue chip they're value is minimal. This is particularly the case in Pts only leagues where it's all about scoring, a great two way forward in those kinds of leagues has minimal value compared to what they're value might be in roto formats. As per your list, the order is right IMO and I agree that Smith is most definitely the piece you want he is the only blue chipper IMO. I think value and expectations drop off from there, Bourque is second and has a shot at being fantasy relevant and then Moore and Howard come in as the longer shots at having some NHL fantasy hockey relevance.

I appreciate your response. But I would argue hard against your statement that many leagues have minimal values on prospects. At least dynasty league formats. If this is the case in your league, I think there could be a nice opportunity for you to stash solid prospects if you can acquire for cheap!
i dont necessary disagree with you but it depends what you mean by value. I only play dynasty leagues and while we stash prospects, value really varies. To get a good NHLer around 70+ points for Forward you need to trade an A- group of prospects at best. To get 80 point players someone like Fantili, Carlsson, Hughes etc need to be involved. Most prospects will get equivalent to just about waiver wire players. So while i agree they have value, they only have value in your minors and you need to monitor progress and hope they turn into something move valuable.
