Well... the upside is that if COL was upset in first round... this is a 22-24 overall pick.
But... more likely this is a 29-32 overall pick.
Still - it'll be a pretty good swing that PHI will pull a 1st (Oliver Bonk), 2nd (CBJ), 2nd (LA), and now 2nd (COL)... all for Ivan Provorov/parts.

Yes, I also heard (I think Friedman or Seravalli) saying that Tanev could have gotten a 1st but teams wanted CGY to take a contract back.
