League is expanding from 10 to 12 teams. A friend of one of the other league managers wants to join, but we need one more team to even it out to 12 teams since it's H2H. No $ involved. Mid-sized league player-wise.

Limited keeper (3 keepers per team), although you won't have any keepers to start because it's an expansion team, although you and the other expansion team will be able to pick 3 players before the other teams can draft.
