Yahoo Trade Deadline
The standard Yahoo trade deadline is listed as "February 28th". I know most actions take place at 11:59PM Pacific time. I have had mixed responses from speaking with other commissioners and forums so I'm coming to the experts.
Does a Yahoo trade deadline of February 28th mean the deadline will be tonight at 11:59pm Pacific time on February 27th or tomorrow at 11:59PM on February 28th?
