it depends on your window...if you are competing in next 2-3 years Kucherov is probably better option, however he is not always as dynamic as he has been this year....
if you looking at starting to compete in 3 years plus, i would definitely go with Kaprizov

Kaprizov is the better dynasty asset. But if you're trading away Kuch today, doing so may land you Kaprizov+

it probably does not matter if you just drop Kuch, you will still win by wide margin...however trading Kucherov straight for Kaprizov this year without getting a plus is bad asset management
