Help for my 8 keepers and trade offer for Bouchard

Hey, I'm working on a trade and I'm having a hard time selecting my 8 keepers and need your help.

I have these as a lock :

Panarin
Robertson
Barkov
Theodore
Sorokin
Saros

**my trade includes one of my goalies, just not sure wich one yet (need help for that too)

but then i have a lot of options :

Scheifele
Fiala
Gaudreau
Tuch
Eriksson Ek
Huberdeau

Toews

What would you do?

The trade offer I have is this and would happen at the end of the season (before choosing keepers)

Bouchard
VS
Sorokin or Saros (my choice)
Scheifele

I would trade Saros and Scheifele for Bouchard, he replaces Saros as a keeper and then I’d keep Eriksson Ek and Fiala as your final 2 keepers.
