Dylan Cozens
He was dropped in my league on Wednesday and to my surprise is still available today. I'm thinking either no one's noticed that he was dropped or he's flying a bit below the radar this season as he's underperforming his stats from last year.
The other knock against him in this league (where we use a salary cap for keepers) is his salary. $7.1 million for a guy on pace for 50 points is a tough pill to swallow.
That said, is there any reason not to pick him up? The likely drops are Nick Foligno or Jack McBain. I hate to drop McBain as he was one of my keepers after his 300 hit season last year, but he's not hitting and even though he's getting time with Schmaltz and Keller he isn't doing much with it. Foligno is outperforming him and should get a bump whenever Bedard returns from the IL. The other option would be to drop Marco Rossi, but Cozens isn't that far ahead of him offensively and Rossi is a dirt-cheap keeper for next year.
