Please help me with this trade offer for Tavares

12 team keeper league. Points only. All players in lineup every night. We have to drop 8 players at end of the year. I'm in 3rd place 30 points from 2nd and 50 points from 1st.

So really I'm still within striking distance but I'm also thinking 1-3 years ahead.

There is an offer on the table for my Tavares for his Marchand. He also wants a pick back but still haven't confirmed what pick.

Does this really make an improvement here? I'm sure Tavares will break out of this slump soon. Even though Tavares is younger, do you feel he's aging more than Marchand. Will Marchand be that much better over the remainder of his career? If so what pick do I consider giving back?

I would keep Tavares. If that wasn’t of the pick addition, I would probably make the deal but the difference between both players doesn’t justify the pick swap IMO.

1-3 years away? I’d be looking or a younger player. You think JT will break out of his slump? While wait to then before trading him. If he gets hot better return.
