    Default Blockbuster trade proposal

    For league in sig

Another manager in my colleague approached me with a proposal of my Mackinnon, JT Miller and Kaprizov for his Kucherov, Pastrnak and Point. My feeling is an automatic reject, but is there something I am missing? I am currently standing in second place and he is in third. Seems like a lateral move at best. His side would probably provide more points, but my side definitely make up for it with the peripherals, right?

I agree with you, it looks like a trade just to do a trade. Side move.

From what I can see, in a H2H format, you'd win goals, points, sog, PPP. You'll lose assists, PIMs, hits, blocks and fow's. The greatest disparity in this trade is the amount of FOWs you're giving away.

I don't know if you're using fantrax or Yahoo so I'm not sure how the positions work out with the guys you'd be acquiring. You're only allowed to keep one at each position and you're giving away your LW and RW. Isn't Kucherov and Pastrnak the same position or does one of them have both wing designation?

My gut is saying hold what you have but it's close.

It looks pretty close for this year, it really comes down to who you think you want to roster over the next 3-5 years keeper wise. Also losing a skater at each position and restocking with RW/C’s … I personally like your existing trio long term.

its sideway move and Mack is best player in the deal

if this was start from scratch league, specially dynasty i think order of draft would be Mack, Pasta, Kucherov, Kaprizov, Miller, Point.. all drafted in top 25 or so i think.
