Zegras for Sergachev cap hit pts only keeper

I'm out of the race this year but I have a good chance at contending next year (lots of draft capital and good keepers). It's a keep 8.
I'm wondering if I should trade Zegras for Sergachev in a pts only cap league, see sig. One thing to know, we have a new rule forbidding us from keeper players more than 4 years in a row coming up in the offseason after this one (before 2025-2026) so I plan to deal Josi this season for a good pick, leaving me with only Bouchard as a viable D keeper this year.

Would you do this trade?

Zegras' value appears to be as low as it can go at this point, with him being hurt and on the block. I don't like trading low, but I'm one of Sergachev's biggest backers and in your league, I like him more than Zegras.
