Acquiring Trouba, Dahlin too pricey ?

My initial thread had to do with OGM offering the following:

1: L.Hughes, Mittelstadt for Thomas, Toews

I started this thread after discussions with OGM:

2: Trouba, Buchnevich, Kaprizov for Stutzle, Thomas, Sergachev
3: Dahlin, Mittelstadt, Hyman for B.Tkachuk, Thomas, Toews
4: Kaprizov, Trouba for Stutzle, Toews.

To get Trouba requires Stutzle being involved. To get Dahlin requires B.Tkachuk involved.

My gut says pass on these and move on from Trouba , Dahlin at this time.
Thoughts ?

My God.. at those prices, move on.

Trouba at 40pts isn't worth a 90+pt forward
Dahlin at 70pts isn't worth a 80+pt MC monster forward.

Justin Faulk would probably be half the price of Trouba and offer 70% of the periphs (lighter on the hits
but more offense.

Ferraro, Borgen, Walman, Guhle, are all options to consider vs. Trouba and save losing a Stutzle.
It's a 10tm league, odds are you can find a comp. on the wire

No way on both of those. I love Dahlin, but in a dynasty with hits and shots on goal, you can't trade Brady Tkachuk to get him. Brady's a top 5 asset, at worst. Trouba will be 30 in a couple months. How much longer will Trouba be able to keep up his physical play? That stuff dies down when you're not young anymore.

Just to put it in perspective...

the only other player in the last decade to combine 80 points with 300+ shots 200+ hits is Alexander Ovechkin.
Even Ovie didn't add 100+PIM to the mix.

Unfortunately PIM isn’t one of our categories. However I hear what you’re saying about Brady.

I was hesitant to offer Stutzle but new instantly the mention of needing to trade Tkachuk to get Dahlin was a nonstarter.
