Is it time to drop Chabot?
With Chabot apparently coming off of IR on this upcoming road trip (Jan 2 is projected), I will need to make a drop to stay under both our roster cap of 50 players and salary cap. I am struggling with who to let go of. If salary isn't a consideration it is an easy decision, but given salary matters, I would need to trim $5.2 million. I could part with Fowler (6.5), Weegar (6.25), Kuzmenko (5.5) or Giroux (6.5). Anyone else on my roster I wouldn't want to part with, or it would cost my two players to get under the cap. I am leaning towards Fowler given that Drysdale is back on PP1, and I think a matter of time before Mintyukov takes the PP2 slot. On the other hand, is time to just let Chabot go? Right now, Sanderson and Chychuran occupy the PP slots, although, I can see Chabot going to PP2 and bumping Smejkal out potentially and reverting back to 2 D on the PP2. Any other thoughts?
