Looking for the next Makar (Jk of course) in a points only, who do you like long term? What do you see their realistic point production being? I own both Dry and Ed, but don’t want to carry too many D men. Out of the 3, how’d you rank them? Will rep!

I expect the World Juniors to create more Hutson hype but for me:
Drysdale (he needs to stay healthy which so far early on, hasn't been the case)

I think Hutson has the most offensive upside but he's also a defensive liability at times and that could hurt his trajectory in the NHL. The other two seem more defensively responsible and because of that could end up being the better options.
Realistically, who knows. All three are highly regarded younger assets with a lot to learn.

None will be the 'next' Makar... sorry.
They aren't near that tier.

is the order I would have them. If Drysdale doesn't stay healthy he's going to get passed by the stable of Dmen the Ducks have.
You could argue Zellweger has a higher offensive ceiling.
I'd also consider Harley & Nikishin
and if you want to dig a bit deeper, he was the Lane Hutson of his draft - Jeremy Poirier is someone to keep a very close eye on.
