Vanacek, 6K, Lyon & Lindgren … pick 2

Can’t make any more until I activate 6K, I have two F options to drop easily but I don’t need 4 goalies and Lindgren is available. So looking to drop a goalie, or 2, depending on which 3 to roll with (Ullmark being 1 obviously)

Oh than Vanacek and Lyon. I think Levi is the Buffalo future goalie.

1. Ullmark - duh.

It then gets interesting.

Vanacek is the nominal starter in Jersey, but has been brutal, and Schmid is quietly back to being an average NHL goalie this year. The team is over .500 but barely.

6K aka UPL aka Ukko-Pekko-Luukkonen (amazingly got that right first try) has been the best goalie on his team, but like Vanecek faces a challenge from a young hotshot, but he's only 24 himself. Buffalo is the worst team. Comrie is no longer in the mix, really.

Lindgren seems to have a chance to take over the starting job. He's been the best guy in Washington, and gives them a chance to win every night. He's been a career backup, though.

Lyon has come out of nowhere, again, like last year. Detroit may be the best team so far, but they've got injury issues and are the only team here with 2 other NHL caliber goalies. I think he will at best split with Husso and Reimer. Husso has been bad, but he was the guy they went out to get and paid big bucks to in error as an ex-Blues goalie, which seems to be a thing.


So it depends on what you want.

6K is I feel the best combination of volume and play quality, so I'd go with him. Especially if this is a dynasty where you keep most/all of your roster.
Vanecek is great for volume, but you hope he rebounds fast.
I value Lindgren a hair ahead of Lyon due to the lesser quantity of competition.
