Konecny for Doughty?

Got offered Doughty for Konecny in a Points League (G+4 A+3 P+3 +/- 1 PPG 0.5 PPP 1 SHP 0.5 GWG 2 SOG 0.5 HITS 0.5 B 0.5) where we have 82 starts for each Position.
We have 2 RW 2 LW and 4 D Spots.

I only have 4 D who are Bouchard, Josi, Letang and Mintyukov.

And I'm pretty stacked on the W.
Player with LW status: Connor, Kreider, Benn
Player with RW status: Pasta, Kyrou, Pavelski

Thats why I'm leaning towards accepting the trade.
What would you do?

It get that it fills a positional need but I'd want for for Konecny. He was a ppg player last year and isn't far off that pace this year, he just got through his slump so should get closer to ppg.

The thing is everbody sits on his Defenders and nobody wants more Forwards. Most people are already way over the pace for their max. 82 games per position anyway. It's my first year in this league, but what I'm think what will happen is at the end of the year everyone will desperatley search for goalies and Dman and drop all their forward on the wire.

I really don’t see your defenseman as being that bad. You only having 4 might be an issue, but they are solid. I would rather have Konecny.

This is a very bad trade offer. Particularly in a points league.
