Default Burns vs. OEL and others

Burns has 3 PPP and he's obviously solid, but there are other guys out there who could be a better option ROS. Mostly looking for PPP and G/A. I get enough hits and PIMs from my other guys. What do you guys think? Will rep!

    OEL
    Addison
    Ghost
    Fowler
Reilly (sounds like Kling is falling out of favor in TOR)

    Thanks!

I think its between Burns and Reilly for me.

Both on good teams that should score a tonne.

OEL - he has his spurts and then dissapears.
Addison - doesn't shoot enough for my liking
Ghost- I have seen him in coaches doghouses to often - not enoug defensive game
Fowler- What happens when Drysdale is back, will they give him more offesnive minutes and keep Fowler for the overall role?

I think I stick with Burns for now.

Thanks PH. That makes sense. Burns is not PP1 in CAR but he takes a ton of shots. And he's always the first guy on 3-on-3 because he has a big shot and is also defensively responsible. Might be best to stick with him for now. But Kling seems to be getting a ton of bad press in TOR and I wonder how much longer they will trust him with #1 minutes. That makes Rielly more interesting.

    Rep given.

I agree with sticking with Burns, but Gostisbehere would be my second choice. Swing big, and he's producing right now. Rielly would be the third choice. Klingberg is playing more than Toronto likely ever wanted him to; I presume they wanted him to be a third pairing PP specialist, but they haven't been able to limit him to that role.

OEL’s value goes to zero as soon as Montour or Ekblad are back. Maurice has said that both could be back after the current road trip.

I came to say the same. If your decision is between Burns and OEL, remember Burns current situation will be the same or better ROS, but OELs will certainly regress when Ekblad and Montour return. So if it’s a touch decision with their current production then the answer is definitely Burns ROS.
