Given the NHL's punishment that had to happen in my opinion.
First because, the 1st round loss is significant and heads need to roll, which usually means it starts at the top.
Equally important is Dorion has likely lost all credibility when dealing with other GMs. How can another GM be confident in making a trade he will not end up the next Vegas?
Interesting to see who the replacement is.
