Which EDM or NJ Goalie to drop for Freddie Andersen
ESPN 1-yr, Head-to-head league counting W/GA/SVS/SOs/OTL. We can carry a max of 4 goalies and can start two per evening. I rolled the dice on both EDM & NJ platoons. Someone just dropped Freddie Andersen and I’m wondering which of the EDM goalies I should yeet into the sun as I have more confidence in the NJ tandem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

I agree, but then the ‘follow the $’ adage echoes in my head…. I think that may be the way to go since Freddie is the starter in CAR despite the current 3-headed monster it is down there

Campbell is my drop. He won't be consistent all year.
He could be outstanding one game, then awful the next. I don't want to deal with that all year. There's a higher chance that a NJD goalie will sort it out to a consistent level where you can trust to start that guy when you have too.

Agreed. Even if Andersen is locked into a 50/50 platoon for the remainder of the year (they cannot possibly go with 3G all season) it’s still better than the current dumpster fire in EDM.

Have you looked at Andersen's numbers? There's a reason he was dropped. The only team with a worse GAA than Edmonton is Carolina at this point.

Well, one of those EDM & CAR has a track record of good defense. It isn't the Oilers.
It's not Vanecek. I'd pick the team you want the tandem of, and drop a goalie from the other team. I'd likely drop an Oiler.
