I prefer Werenski talent wise but he seem to always hurt himself lately… so I would probably choose Jones if I had to choose.

Werenski. If you compare his goal totals in his first four seasons to others who had similar goals per game rate at similar ages, it's a list of STUDS. Am I saying Werenski will be a stud? No; however, I do think he has a higher floor and ceiling and thus is who I'd choose of the two.
