Stick with Gus/Vanecek or try for Hill
Players are my team's strength over goalies, and I seem to do best with two goalies and overloading players (road the Gus/Fleury tandem into league finals last year).
I have Gus, Vanecek and Thompson - would it be crazy to try a trade for Hill and run with just the Vegas tandem that would give me my min game starts and likely decent W, GAA and SV%?
Gus could also be a keeper for next year if Fleury retires. Team in sig.

That would be ok but you’d still want a 3rd goalie. Who would that be?

Stream as needed likely. A duo would balance out GP. I should get a ton of starts this week from the Gus/Vane/Thompson trio, but got three starts only last week.

I think I'd like to have a tandem plus a 3rd guy who is a starter in your spot. I'm not sure I'd be too picky about which team, as you've got guys who are all on good teams.
