Wondering if one of them is worth adding, since Demko and Hellebuyck are good but seem to have a hard time on pilling up victories?

Sorry if it wasn’t clear. My league is pts only, not H2H. We can have 2 or 3 goalies, but in the end only the best one counts.

So far I get that Hellebuyck and Demko are showing great performances but the team in front of them have a hard time to win.

So I am really torn between statu quo, Hart or Merzlikins.

Points only for goalies usually means 2 points for a W, sometimes a 2-3 point bonus for a shutout.
If you add a goalie do you get his season total or only his total from when he is added ?
How do skaters work? You carry x many but only y season total counts ??

In points only i do not see Philly winning many, Columbus a decent number so would likely add Elvis.... but again contingent on many league scoring factors.

Yes, the top 1.

Yes exactly, 2 pts for a win, 1ps for a OT defeat, 5pts for a SO.

The season total counts. So far Hart has the edge (10pts as of now) but with a SO form Merzlikins would bring him to 9pts, since he has 4 right now.

At the end of the season I think there is a very high chance that Helly has the most points in your setup. That being said goalies are voodoo and one injury could derail you.

Given that you count 4D and have 7 I would drop Jiricek.
I would also be inclined to drop Mittelstadt as well as I do not see him cracking your top-9 forwards.

I know you only count 1 G but carrying all of Helly, Demko, Hart and Elvis would make sense as one of them ending up your goalie scoring leader (especially if a Helly injury happens) seems more likely than either Jiricek or Mittelstadt scoring for your team.

Thanks, I get your point. The only thing with Jiricek is that because he is a rookie that will end-up with less than 150g at the need of the season, it will be possible to keep him as an extra player with no protection. And young D has great value in our group. I can extend teh same argument with Mittelstad w/o the 150g factor. Young player on the rise are attractive as well and are easy to include in a deal. In opposition, Trocheck will be dead wood. That's why I target him as a drop.

In a 10 teamer are these two young players the best available at their position?

Since there are 1-2 GM that exaggerate with the young in their rooster, IMO yes

Sorry if it wasn't clear. I meant that most young players are rostered actually, while veteran are typically ignore unless they perform great. SO this is when people starts to grab them after 2 months in favor of the young players that don't flourish.

Btw Cam Talbot is also available, my eyes didn't stop on him before this morning.
