You know your league history and how frequently someone like Johnston (or better) gets dropped. In most 16 team dynasties, I would wager that high end guys like Johnston are not dropped often, so he's a good candidate for using a waiver claim. Question is where he would go. Mercer and Lundell both come with some foundation for future production. It would be nice to be able to do a two for one in short order, but that might not be feasible.
