Marchenko would be my choice, longer term. Shorter term, Novak.
Keeper. Points only.
Who has the best ceiling?
Pelletier, Foerster, Berggren, Marchenko, Novak, Evangelista, Kasper, Greig, Dufour, Kartye
Marchenko would be my choice, longer term. Shorter term, Novak.
Short term, the choice is easier I think and it has to be Novak.
Long term, this is not as easy to predict, but I really like Berggren... I think he has a lot of upside. With his IQ, I think he will be a lock on PP1.
If the league value more goals, Marchenko is the obvious choice.
The first 4 names listed are the top options for long term points upside. Berggren and Marchenko have the obvious edge in experience. Aside from Greig who could slide into the middle of that conversation I don't think the others are options outside of short term if you need a player now.

I don't know about upside but I'd be more focused on short term production with these sorts. I'd rank the top three:
Novak
Evangelista
Berggren
