NEW Dynasty salary cap league (fantrax)

Hi all, lets see if you have what it takes!

Starting a brand new full keeper, salary cap league (H2H points only). Rules are borrowed from another league I'm in that works really well, encourages trading, and ensures a healthy draft pool each year (league has been running for several years now, so I expect this one to function equally as well).

Brief overview of rules:

• $100 buy in, payouts to be split 70/20/10 to 1st/2nd/3rd
• Salary cap will be 130% of the NHL salary cap
• Cap numbers will use AAV
• All players count towards the cap, with 3 exceptions (each team is allowed 1 unsigned player, 1 "U23" player they designate to be salary exempt, and 1 "franchise" skater whose salary is exempt)
• Roster size: 12 F, 6 D, 1G, unlimited reserve (up to the cap)
• Points only league (1 pt for G or A; 2.5 pts for a goalie win and 1 pt for shutout)
• No pick ups during the year. There will be a midseason draft of 1 round, with the order being the reverse order of standings. There will be an offseason draft each year with the order being tied to the NHL draft lottery odds.
• 10 roster moves each year (i.e., moving a player from your bench to active roster, or vice versa). Injury swaps are exempt.

We'll be doing a slow draft that I hope to kick off this week so everyone has a chance to build their roster intentionally without a fast clock.
