It is a hefty price but worth it. I'd see about swapping in Scheifele for one of Kane or Boldy so the positions make more sense for you. I imagine both Kane and Boldy are musts for this deal (Kane for the banger stats, Boldy for the upside) but it's worth asking. Otherwise, start kicking down doors to see if there's interest in Scheifele or Hertl elsewhere.

Yes, I would. You're getting a player who until last year had seen his scoring rise every season of his career. And you'll also be able to fill those spots with other players, so think of it like Matthews plus the chance to keep/draft two other players, for those three players. I'm making this trade every day.

I would do it as is; however I agree with Steve that you should try and swap a center in for Kane.
