Pretty much every restaurant except Rapscallion (and I had only been to the old location almost a decade ago) you listed I had never been to yet. Cowabunga however, great pizza. Mai Pai is on my list, hopefully the wife and I can get out to a movie at Sherman soon and have dinner there beforehand.

Bon Temps is a french restaurant in the old Rapscallion location that I recommend you go to. Same kinda vibe as Rapscallion, but slightly different. I wouldn't get the steak n frites though. It's never worth the price.

I'm actually going to the Cowabunga restaurant DT tonight to celebrate something. I can't wait. I typically make pizza in an Ooni I have so when I go out for pizza I seem to enjoy it even more now as I'm not the one making it lol.
